Privacy and cookies

How JTP Analytics uses website cookies and handles enquiries.

JTP Analytics is responsible for information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, use our contact page.

Cookies and analytics

If you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics 4 receives information about visits, pages, referral sources, approximate location, browser and device details, and interactions such as scrolling and outbound link clicks. We use this to improve the website, based on your consent. If you reject optional cookies, Google Analytics does not load. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer.

Your cookie choice is remembered for six months. Google Analytics cookies can last up to two years after your last visit. We keep user and event data in GA4 for no more than 14 months; aggregated reports are kept while useful for assessing website performance.

Read Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses data from sites and apps for more information.

Enquiries

If you submit a website form, we use the details to reply and discuss your request. This is in our legitimate interest in handling enquiries about our services. Fields marked as required are needed to handle your enquiry; the other fields are optional. We do not sell your enquiry details or share them with other companies for their own use. Netlify processes form submissions for us. We delete enquiry submissions after 12 months.

Your information

Netlify and Google may process data outside the UK. They describe safeguards including the UK-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses in Netlify’s privacy policy and Google’s transfer information.

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your information where those rights apply, and object to our use of enquiry details. Use our contact page to make a request. You may complain to the ICO about how your information is handled.
